Main Content of the Position

We are looking for a qualified study and career counselor (SYV) for Career Guidance in Kristianstad. In this position, you will have the primary responsibility for participants in the Career Guidance Agreement (KVL). Your tasks will include conducting regular counseling sessions, reviewing and approving participant documentation, follow-ups, and reporting back to our client, the Employment Service. The work is conducted on-site, which means you must be accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner.

Job Responsibilities

As a study and career counselor within Career Guidance:

You will conduct individual and group counseling sessions
Provide information about various industries, education, the job market, and authorities.
Coordinate study visits and internships at companies and schools.

Formal Qualifications

You must hold a degree as a Study and Career Counselor, which must be verifiable with proof/certificates

Other Formal Qualifications

Experience with data/documentation as the computer is a work tool in this position.
Good knowledge of remote work.
Good proficiency in Swedish and English
